Our client, a prestigious law firm ranked among the top 100 in the nation, is seeking an experienced associate to join their Real Estate group based in Atlanta. The successful candidate will join a team of attorneys who have contributed significantly to business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond. The role involves providing counsel to national financial institutions and assisting clients with the design, establishment, and launching of new loan programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of meaningful real estate finance and loan origination experience, and be adept at representing both traditional and non-traditional lenders in transactions involving various types of commercial real estate. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is admission to the state Bar of Georgia.
