Job Summary:
The Senior Auditor plays a crucial role in executing daily activities of audit engagements. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, preparing work papers and financial statements, and working closely with Managers and junior staff.
Responsibilities:
- Track and communicate audit timelines to clients and Partners.
- Manage audit processes.
- Assist and prepare audit plans, work papers, financial statements, and audit reports.
- Provide audit findings and recommendations for management.
- Assist in risk assessments and audit plan development.
- Collaborate with internal staff and clients.
- Provide high touch and high-quality service to clients.
- Review various financial statements and other financial reports for clients.
- Consult and provide recommendations to clients.
- Support professional and personal goals for self and team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing/attestation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and best practices.
- Experience in conducting detailed financial analysis and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision.
