Grant Thornton East Caribbean is seeking to recruit a Transactions Advisory Services Manager or Senior Manager based in our Barbados office. Still, it will also be expected to lead and support projects in our other EC offices located in Antigua, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent. The ideal candidate should possess a high degree of commercial knowledge, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be passionate about new challenges. Experience in areas such as mergers, acquisitions, and deals support, business planning and financial reviews, buy-side, and sell-side financial and commercial due diligence reviews, corporate finance, and managing sell-side mandates, among others is essential. Key responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze complex information, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge appropriately;
- Preparation of conclusions and recommendations to clients and discuss the implications and actions required;
- Work closely with partners and managers in our East Caribbean offices to support and manage advisory transactions and projects;
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, and taking a leading role in ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery;
- Play a key role in business development and marketing of transaction advisory services;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industries and markets events and developments to bring an informed perspective to advice and client service; and
- Act as an ambassador of the firm, building an external network of professional, business, and client contacts.
