Overview
As a Premier Client Banker II, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through telephone outreach. You will engage in heavy outbound phone calling and some email outreach, primarily to mass affluent clients across the Bank's footprint; and will also do outreach to Bank associates regarding their banking needs. In this role, you will provide consultation to develop financial plans and align product solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities
The essential functions of the job include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
- Proactive outreach to mass affluent clients in an assigned market to expand existing relationships.
- Partnering with bankers in assigned markets to develop consumer client relationships.
- Proactive outreach to Bank Associates to promote the bank's Associate Banking program.
- Developing financial plans with individuals who are accumulating assets, nearing retirement, or transitioning into retirement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Financial Services relationship management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Financial Services relationship management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.
Preferred Area of Experience: 1+ years in a licensed role. License or Certification Type: Series 6, 63 and state specific life insurance licenses Required. First Citizens Investment Services will sponsor Series 7 and 65 or 66 Licenses Required. Skill(s): Application of a structured sales process, Provides financial guidance and expertise, Financial literacy, Knowledge of retail banking products and services, Financial Analysis, Credit Underwriting, Financial Plan Conversations, Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
