Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes and systems.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor finance team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Proven experience in financial management and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
