Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes and systems.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor finance team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Proven experience in financial management and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
