Job Description: As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our accounting team. Duties will include but are not limited to individual and corporate tax return preparation, audits, reviews and compilations of corporations and not-for-profit companies. Recent experience in public accounting, strong tax knowledge and the ability to service and manage client accounts.
Skills & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Experience with ProSystem fx & CCH Axcess is a plus!
- 5+ years of public accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of tax preparation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
