This position is responsible for providing manual testing. Aligns skills and resources, monitors, manages, and controls IT projects. Provides oversight of quality assurance.
- Researches, collects, and evaluates project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements.
- Designs and develops test scenarios to meet customer requirements.
- Develops, maintains, updates, and oversees project plans and schedules using tools established by customer.
- Identifies and documents project issues, testing defects, and design clarifications.
- Monitors and maintains test plan and process. Monitors project performance, report status, and assists with the creation of action plans to promote adherence to project schedules.
- Provides recommendations for improvement of project management processes currently in use.
- Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree, AND:
- 12 months IT Project Management experience or related experience.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 60 months related experience
Skills:
- Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail orientated for accuracy of data and information
- Strong initiative to solve problems
