Description:
The Marsh McLennan Controllership Group is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to collaborate with leaders and management teams to provide trusted financial strategic advice and support critical finance projects.
This role is a hybrid position and requires 3 days in our midtown Manhattan office.

We will count on you to:
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to advise management across functions on financial analysis, results, and recommendations
- Build analytical models to perform difficult financial analyses
- Implement financial processes and systems to maximize the quality of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Support multiple projects and programs and lead in the decision-making process that is required for progress on assigned programs / projects
- Communicate to management and team members on project activities that need to be accomplished. Help facilitate problem solving and decision making on key project items
- Work with stakeholders and participate in the development of project plans and status reports
What you need to have:
- Multiple years of experience in a financial analyst, financial project coordinator or similar position in a complex and matrixed environment
- Ability to synthesize and model complex data into actionable information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams) and familiar with financial analysis tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Smart View, EPM, Power BI a plus
- A Bachelor's Degree

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $77,500 to $154,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
