Broadridge is growing! We are excited to be expanding our team! We are actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) Pricing team in New York. The Sr. Financial Analyst role, within the Pricing group of the Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) division will provide deal advisory support, drive strategic pricing decisions, and build pricing capabilities for the long term. You will work across the organization with the goal of winning new and renewing existing business through superior analytical financial analyses and insights. You will need to understand pricing in the market and our client’s needs along with key value drivers. You will also support managing the overall pricing governance to drive effective deal engagement. To achieve your goals, you will need to work closely with the Business, Sales, Product Management, Legal, and Finance stakeholders to drive growth at Broadridge.
Work Modes: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leaders on complex deals and client transactions, including developing strategies for client renewals as well as the long-term strategy.
- Support client negotiations by evaluating financial trade-offs, considering client context, and by tailoring proposals that balance the various considerations.
- Identify potential accounting implications of deals, work with corporate and ICS accounting teams, and incorporate in financial evaluation.
- Drive institutionalizing pricing governance within the ICS segment working closely with constituents across the organization from BU Presidents to Product Management.
- Refine existing pricing strategies and models in response to changing business conditions and changes in the competitive landscape.
- Monitor client pre- and post-implementation activity relative to contractual obligations and identify opportunities to improve financial performance over the client life cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (finance, accounting, other analytical discipline).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong technology and data mining skills are critical, particularly expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word. High level of proficiency in Access, Oracle, and SQL is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communicator.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Financial services or financial technology experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation Range: 90,000 - 100,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
