About the client: Established in 2012, the client's product strategy is to steadily introduce a full range of electronics and appliances into the Canadian market. This includes televisions, refrigerators, air-conditioners, dehumidifiers, beverage coolers, freezers, and other home appliances. As an organization in a strong growth mode, they are seeking a Full-time, Contract, Inventory Analyst to help them grow.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall inventory management, accuracy, and reconciliation in SAP and 3PL distribution centers systems, and in-transit inventory by tracking and addressing discrepancies between physical and system counts
- Monitor on-time order fulfillment from the warehouse to ensure customer required delivery dates are met
- Create consolidated inventory report and inventory forecast on a regular basis
- Maintain and update SAP inventory database
- Work collaboratively with DC operations and different business partners to research and solve various problems found during the analysis
- Analyze and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels, track aging stock reduction plan
- Count all finished goods and packaging in warehouses on a daily basis, and reconcile against SAP inventory
- Monitor, report and evaluate Channel Inventory by item type
- Other duties or special projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, purchasing and material planning in a multi-site, growth oriented organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, problem solve, and make recommendations
- Hands-on experience with physical inventory management, software, and databases
- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
- Strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP, SAP, WMS an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
