Your responsibilities:
- Print paperwork / labels, supply raw materials / remove Finished Goods, complete final product audits, standard comparisons and scanning functions for machines and operators
- Schedule and organize work following established priorities
- Escalate non-conformance to standards such as quality issues and/or schedule discrepancies
- Follow standardized work procedures and maintain proper pace to ensure materials and packaging are where they need to be at the right time and production is not interrupted
- Maintain an overall understanding of how the shop floor is operating at all times and work with the shift Supervisor to quickly suggest and make changes when needed
- Work daily with a can-do, ‘servant’ attitude
- Communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization including operators, Supervisors and Plant Leadership
- Hi-lo driving is required. Experience not required but willingness to learn if needed
