Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to fill an open position in the Cincinnati area. The Business Analyst is inherently inquisitive, is an adept communicator, and naturally builds exceptional relationships across various business lines. The business analyst asks intuitive questions, confidently elicits requirements, and effectively manages requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts feasibility studies for new potential projects. Effectively plan and estimate for project requirements and analysis.
- Initiates / conducts requirements discovery sessions to elicit business requirements from subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Gathers information and moves ambiguous ideas to solid requirements. Empowers modelers to create value-added solutions for the business.
- Consistently deliver high quality business analysis artifacts on a timely basis for projects at an enterprise level.
- Articulates risks and disseminates relevant information to respective project stakeholders.
- Meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple responsibilities for self and other business analysts within a project as necessary.
- Advocate for and liaise across multiple business units in information technology, governance, and Corporate Information Security.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst & requirements management experience.
- Experience as the lead business analyst on large-scale enterprise-level initiatives with dozens of dependencies.
- Demonstrable requirements elicitation experience and facilitation skills across simultaneous projects. Experience creating BRDs, use cases, and gathering business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort level interacting with executives.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and adept relationship builder capable of fostering cohesive working relationships between respective business and technical partners.
- Experience analyzing and documenting business requirements, design specifications, and collaborating with business users and technical teams to solidify testable requirements.
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable experience leading / facilitating UATs.
- Possesses thorough understanding of IT project and data lifecycle. Experience in various project delivery methods (waterfall, iterative, etc.)
