Agility Partners is working with a Fortune 50 leading retailer based out of Cincinnati, Ohio in search of a talented Cyber Security Analyst to join their organization. The main function of this role is 3rd party cyber risk management. A typical day will consist of coming up to speed on policies and tools, configuring tools, monitoring the team's shared inbox, but mostly reviewing and executing assessments.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. The current team recently went through a re-org, and while they are not starting fresh from the ground up, they are still having to re-adjust, learn, and grow. New contractors joining the team will get to play a part in that process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing 3rd-party cyber risk assessments with vendors
- Researching industry compliance regulations and policies
- Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance
- Analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation
- Communicating policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments
- Developing and executing new policies and procedures as required
- Developing and maintaining compliance related systems

The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in governance, risk, and compliance
- Job field related certification(s), CISSP/CISA/CRISC (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience as a compliance analyst in a related field
- In-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards
- Proficiency in compliance management software, Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream, etc.
- Ability to accurately complete applications for compliance certification
- Ability to effectively train employees
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Requirements analysis
- Ability to develop standards to maintain legal compliance
