Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst who will play a critical role in both traditional financial planning and analysis functions as well as revenue operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning processes, analyze business performance, and optimize revenue-related operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget vs. actual analysis and variance explanations.Assist in the preparation of management and board-level presentations.
Revenue Operations
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze sales pipeline, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.
- Conduct pricing analysis and profitability modeling to support pricing strategy decisions.
- Monitor and analyze key revenue drivers and metrics, providing insights into trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the implementation and optimization of revenue-related systems and processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with departments across the organization to gather data, provide insights, and drive financial accountability.
- Act as a business partner to various stakeholders, offering financial guidance and support.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Build credibility throughout the organization and with the executive team as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
- Develop strong partnerships with all members of the management team.
- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by department, forecast versus budget and prior year(s).

Requirements
- 2+ years of financial and operational experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
- Financial acumen and significant analytical skills; an ability to analyze and draw business impacting conclusions from the company’s customer and operational data.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders effectively.
Education
Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting; and/or MBA preferred.
