Element Critical is seeking to add a Senior Financial Analyst who aligns with our company values of accountability, integrity, grit, and problem-solving. As an integral member of the FP&A team, the senior analyst supports financial analysis, forecasting, and analytics across departments including FP&A, capital markets, asset management, acquisitions, sales and marketing, and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and maintain asset-level financial models for revenue, cost, capital expense, and margin forecasts.
- Execute and deliver financial and operational reports following company FP&A calendar and monthly/quarterly/ annual forecast and close process.
- Support underwriting of data center acquisitions, construction, and capital improvement projects, as well as capital markets and financing transactions.
- Conduct sales, customer, and market analysis in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Analyze energy usage, and maintain energy forecast models, to identify opportunities for optimization and investment.
- Collect and analyze key financial and operational data, including creation and monitoring of KPI metrics, to provide insights that influence strategic decisions for management.
- Continuously improve the quality, efficiency and value of financial information produced via financial tools, operational efficiencies, and automation.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS- BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with progressive growth, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional Excel skills; experience with data analysis in financial planning software and ERP systems, i.e. Planful and NetSuite are a plus.
- Experience in financial analysis and business modeling in a real estate owned model, preferably in both retail and wholesale data center operations.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Strong data analytical skills, high attention to details, a strong ownership ethic and intense focus on accuracy and accountability.
