We are seeking a dedicated Certified Financial Planner to manage and grow our existing client relationships. This role focuses on servicing current clients, onboarding new ones, and identifying organic growth opportunities within the book of business. No prospecting is required.
Partnership of Professionals Initiative:
This role will be integral to our new venture, the "Partnership of Professionals." This initiative involves partnering with local designated professionals in estate planning, tax preparation, insurance, and financial planning to offer high-net-worth clients comprehensive planning experience. As the lead professional within the financial planning process, you will draft, analyze, and communicate the results of clients' financial plans to the clients and the other professionals within the partnership. You will be marketed as a CFP and as our lead expert within our financial planning process.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage and service existing client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Onboard new clients, providing comprehensive financial planning and advisory services.
- Draft and deliver customized financial plans.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the current book of business.
- Conduct regular client reviews and updates.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to offer holistic financial advice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advisory role.
- Series 7, 66, and Life, Accident, and Health licenses required.
- Proven experience in drafting and delivering financial plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
