Description
Accounts Payable Representative supports accounting activities within the financial accounting team.
- Receive and process accounts payable invoices in a timely manner.
- Learns complex state and local tax rules and applies against vendor invoices.
- Respond to accounts payable requests and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Job Qualifications
A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.
- Working knowledge of computerized accounting systems and principles.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office.
