Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good organizational skills, counting skills, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in computer analytics/ various software applications
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software is required.
- Forklift driving experience preferred
Description
CWTC is looking for an EWM Analyst/Floater candidate to assist our workshop. The job duties are but are not limited to performing receiving/inbound EWM process, training new employees, creating various reports, and assisting other staff. CWTC employees participating as a member of the team will be assisting individuals to be as independent as they possibly can.
We are looking for candidates that are adaptable, organized, able to multitask, efficient, a positive role model, able to redirect behavior, exercises good judgment and decision-making skills, and maintain a positive direction to give our consumers the care they need.
Previous EWM and computer experience is required for this position. EWM Analysts will be required to assist others in learning the system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Perform receiving/inbound EWM processes
- Work in Emergency/QC and Shipping depts
- Train new employees on EWM process
- Assist in monthly claims processing using FIORI and other EWM data bases
- Monitor/Direct inbound material using FIORI data/screens
- Assist Floor Supervisor and Team Leads with troubleshooting/correcting EWM monitor issues for EWM Pickers
- Create various EWM reports, as needed
- Assist in researching RCCA for CAT metric performance
OTHER DUTIES:
- Train new employees on work procedures
- Inform Floor Supervisor of quality issues
- Help provide movement of material
- Perform other tasks, not inconsistent with qualifications or regular duties as assigned
WORKING CONDITIONS: Physical requirements may include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling, bending, and spending long periods of time on feet. Environmental conditions may include working around dust and cardboard. Interpersonal conditions include communicating clearly with adults with disabilities and being able to direct consumer work in a tactful manner. Work assignments and schedules are subject to change based on the needs of the department.
RELATED CONDITION: All employees are responsible for reporting any information, however acquired, pertaining to possible abuse or neglect of consumers to the Director of Quality Improvement, the Safety Director, or the Executive Director.
