Job Description:
Global Machine Pricing (GMP) operates as a trusted advisor for the company in the matter of machine pricing decisions and processes. This organization partners with different areas of the business to recommend and execute the pricing decisions to drive profitable growth to the company. As a Senior Pricing Manager in charge of Machine Pricing Analytics & Processes, you will lead a pricing team, who support the overall GMP globally in terms of different processes, strategies, as well as the area of analytics development. The position works closely with all the regions and product pricing teams and it’s central to many of the areas of GMP.
What Will You Do
- Develop and execute the analytics strategy for GMP, by maximizing the analytics development and drive speed of execution, leading a team of data scientists.
- Support the prioritization of projects for GMP related to automation and standardization across the regions and products.
- Lead and drive the compliance activities and procedures to guarantee continuous focus and progress in GMP compliance tools and process to minimize risk to the business.
- Involved in activities to manage total pricing procedures and compliance while ensuring timely response to market business partners and market conditions.
- Lead and support continuous improvement of price plan process, driving a consistent approach to the annual cycle of reviewing price changes and following all the steps toward implementation.
- Support GMP development and execution of 4DX methodology to drive improvement towards specific goals.
- Overseeing the end-to-end operation and administration of the competitive pricing system and strategies.
What You Have

- Degree in Business (Finance, Economics, Marketing) or Engineering.
- Preferably with experience in pricing, potentially with different areas between pricing and merchandising and good understanding of the machine pricing systems/tools.

Additional Information:
- This position is likely to require up to 10% travel.
- Position will be located in Peoria.
