The Voss Collision Center is hiring for an accounts receivable clerk.

In this position you will:
- Post checks to the proper account.
- Send deposits to the accounting office daily.
- Invoice all repair orders and insurance forms.
- Daily input of final billing information into the Reynolds and Reynolds system.
- Prepare payroll information weekly.
This position requires experience with Word and Excel and payroll software. Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus. You will work closely with the Voss Collision Centre staff each day.
