We’re searching for a Business Analyst, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position you will perform process, procedure, and forms analysis and design within the department to enable a better integration of functional and technical processes and to provide quality improvements and measurements within business processes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducts business process sessions, modeling sessions and interviews.
- Participates in work groups/ focus groups.
- Performs analysis of process and technical information.
- Maintains knowledge of regulatory changes impacting healthcare, i.e., CMS, TDH, etc.
- Performs end-user training of processes and conducts audits of process use.
- Conducts on-going enhancement of processes, procedures, and audits.
Skills & Requirements
- Required bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience with business operations, systems development or business related analytic and communications experience
- A master's degree may substitute for 2 years of required experience.
