Job Description
The Partnerships Manager role will be responsible for leading and overseeing Sprinklr’s partnerships business based in defined region. As the Geo Partner Manager, you will report directly to the VP, Americas Alliances and Channels, and you will be responsible for driving partner-qualified opportunities through named/new partners. Your primary objective will be to align sales and services revenue, driving expanded relationships with these partners, while also growing our partner ecosystem for scale. Sprinklr’s Alliances and Channels Ecosystem consists of GSI, RSI, Tech Alliance, Channels, BPO, ISV, Hyperscaler, TSB/D, Social, Media, Advertising and Subcontracting partners across all Routes to Market.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage named/new partner relationships across Sprinklr’s portfolio: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our named partners. This will involve regular communication, collaboration, and coordination to ensure alignment on business objectives and mutual success. Additionally, you will work towards expanding our partner network locally by identifying and onboarding new strategic partners.
Establish cadence, processes, and workflows with your partners: You will play a crucial role in establishing effective and efficient sales and services capability. This includes defining the cadence of partner interactions, leading capability expansion, implementing communication channels, and streamlining collaboration between partners and internal teams. Creating a structured framework will optimize partner engagement and drive business development through these channels.
Drive business development and partner-qualified pipeline: A key aspect of your role will be to drive partner-qualified pipeline and closed revenue. This will involve working closely with your named partners as well as collaborating with the Sprinklr sales organization. By leveraging your partnership and sales experience, you will identify opportunities, nurture leads, and facilitate the conversion of prospects into customers, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Lead the vision and creation of new ideas and revenue streams: As the Regional Partner Manager, you will be responsible for leading the vision and creation of new ideas and revenue streams for both our partners and customers. You will proactively identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and customer needs, and translate them into innovative partnership initiatives. By fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, you will drive the development of mutually beneficial programs that enhance value for both our partners and customers.
Skills & Experience:
10 years of Partner Sales and Alliances Management experience.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. This experience should encompass building and managing partnerships, driving revenue through partner channels, and successfully collaborating with sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Access to an existing partner ecosystem: It is highly desirable that you have an established network and access to an existing partner ecosystem. Your ability to leverage these connections will be instrumental in expanding our partner network and driving business growth.
Account and relationship management skills: As the Global Partnerships Manager, you must possess excellent account and relationship management skills. This includes building and nurturing strategic partnerships, managing partner expectations, resolving conflicts, and driving successful outcomes through collaboration and influence.
CCaaS experience is a plus: While not mandatory, experience in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry would be advantageous. Familiarity with CCaaS platforms, industry trends, and customer needs will provide valuable insights for developing effective partnership strategies.
Strong written and oral communication skills: Effective communication is vital for this role. You should possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and deliver impactful presentations to both internal and external audiences.

Compensation Range:
$146,000 - $195,000 - $244,000
The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
