Essential Functions
The incumbent will process full cycle accounts payable; prepare purchase orders; prepare accounts receivable invoices, journal entries, and related reports; utilize accounting software and spreadsheets to maintain financial records and process documents; provide timely response to accounting and customer service inquiries; perform basic recordkeeping; and provide backup support to other team members.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of related work experience or an associate’s degree (or equivalent post-secondary education), in accounting, bookkeeping, business administration, or related field.
The selected candidate will have the ability to multitask in a timely and efficient manner, with strong attention to detail; organization; a positive attitude; good communication skills and dedicated work ethic; a strong competency in MS Excel, and skilled in Microsoft and Google suites.
