Annual salary: $250,000 – $370,000
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your practice across federal income taxation, with an emphasis on:
- Real estate private equity funds
- Public and private REITs
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Real estate investment trusts
- Infrastructure projects
- Capital markets
- Real estate acquisitions and divestitures
You will also advise clients on:
- Fund formation
- Acquisitions of portfolio companies by private equity funds
- Structuring of inbound foreign investment
- Real estate finance (representing developers and financial institutions)
- Corporate acquisitions and reorganizations
