The Senior Plant Finance Manager role will report directly to the Executive Director of Supply Chain Finance with a dotted line to the Executive Director of Plant Management for AP3 and the Senior Director of Plant Management for AP4. This role is also tightly connected with the Dishwasher Microenterprise leadership team and essential to the success of that business. Both plants are in an exciting growth period where they are at the forefront of technology and efficiency. In this role, you will partner with the leadership of both plants to continue to grow output and efficiency, while focusing the organization on strong controllership practices.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Job Description:- Financial owner of AP3 and AP4, driving Variable Cost Productivity and controllership to achieve plant goals.
- Be the point person for financial questions in both variable labor and overhead as well as materials.
- Perform the monthly closing, reporting of actuals, and short-range estimates.
- Lead the budgeting process and standard setting for AP3 and AP4…be a key partner in the Long-Term Planning Process.
- Ensure smart spending in base costs, including salaried and hourly maintenance headcount.
- Engage in the Factory Master Plan reviews with Microenterprise and Supply Chain leadership planning out capacity strategy for the coming years and manage the RTP program funding deck accordingly.
- Publish and provide insights on weekly, daily KPI analysis, including weekly Supply Chain QMI with VP of Supply Chain and staff.
- Drive the stewardship of fixed assets and inventory through both sites, including the annual Physical Inventory and Asset Verification process, continuously improving the associated controls and processes.
- Lead and develop a Materials Financial Analyst that supports you for AP3 and AP4.
- Provide financial leadership on AP2 fabrication in support of AP3.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and high energy level.
- Strong organization skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work and influence cross-functionally and maintain business connectivity within all career levels.
- Polished communicator - able to work effectively with all levels of management.

What You'll Bring to Our Team
Preferred Qualifications:- A passion for teaching and mentoring early career talent.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative finance skills with focus on planning, prioritization and problem solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with and experience implementing Oracle and Hyperion modules; Strong system skills.
- Excellent communication skills both up and down in the organization.
