We are currently seeking a dynamic Program Analyst to join our team in Stafford, VA.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordination of meetings, developing agenda items, attending high-level meetings, generating minutes, and tracking action items shall be required.
- Plan, manage, and execute processes and be responsible for tracking and reporting on all activities described in this PWS.
- Select the appropriate labor mix to fulfill PWS requirements and is responsible for ensuring that all schedule, cost, and quality performance requirements are met.
- Coordination and interface with various DOD stakeholders.
- Outline and implement a managerial approach to mitigate periods of high demand activities/surge support which may occur periodically (unforeseen) due to concurrent fielding efforts.
- Responsible for providing a PMR which includes: cost estimates, meeting agenda and minutes, and organizational charts.
- Manage program discrepancies or deficiencies as they are identified.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
- Must be able to hold an active Secret clearance for the duration of the contract.
- Experience: Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar program/projects.
- Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of forensics, biometrics or related technologies.
- Experience in: supervising project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.
