About the role
OVERVIEW:To advance the mission of Operation Mobilization, this position will cultivate and identify Mid-level donors, seeking to develop long-term relationships built on a firm understanding of the donors' interest, passions, and values, resulting in secured funding for top priorities.HIGH LEVEL OBJECTIVES:
- Establish and achieve annual generosity revenue goals for OM USA's funding priorities, with an increase in giving year over year
- Create and implement short, intermediate, and long-term Mid-level donor gift strategies
- Annually increase the number of new donors who give at the Mid-level, improve annual retention of existing Mid-level donors, and annually increase the amount given by Mid-level donorsMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, steward, and retain qualified relationships within a portfolio of mid-level donors capable of giving $2,500 - $25,000
- Partner with GG Regional Directors and other members of the team to coordinate the stewardship of donor relationships
- Create high quality, compelling proposals, and stewardship reports
- Coordinate webinar events spotlighting OM Global and USA top priorities, for donors and potential donors in the portfolio of all front-line team members
- Establish an annual "Log Frame", including production and revenue goals in consultation with the Mid-level Stewardship Director
