As an Audit Partner at RRBB, P.A. and Managing Member at RRBB Advisors, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the firm's audit practice. You will leverage your extensive expertise in auditing and financial reporting to oversee engagements, provide strategic insights, and guide the professional development of our audit team members. Reporting directly to the firm's leadership, you will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of our audit services, building client relationships, and upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity in all client interactions. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, addressing complex financial and operational challenges
- Foster and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth
- Oversee and ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and internal firm policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of audit professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Continuous internal impact in support of a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with RRBB’s core values
- Lead and execute audit engagements, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting
- Analyze financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and provide value-added insights
- Review and approve audit documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards
- Manage and monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion
- Stay current with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends
- Actively participate in business development activities, including client proposals and presentations
- Provide leadership and guidance to audit team members, fostering their professional growth and development
- Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and excellent client service

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services
- Demonstrated expertise in accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, PCAOB auditing standards, and AICPA auditing standards
- Experience with SEC Form 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and SEC registration statements
- Proven track record of leading and managing audit engagements for diverse clients
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a commitment to team development
- Ability to articulately communicate audit and accounting standards to staff, audit committees, and client management
- Experience with top-tier accounting and auditing software
- Previous experience in a partnership or leadership role within a reputable accounting firm
- Established network and connections within the industry and business community
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
