2025 Summer Analyst - Asset-Backed Finance
The Asset-Backed Finance Group (“ABFG”) Summer Analyst will support senior team members in all aspects of Asset Backed Securitization (“ABS”) and Corporate Credit Securitization (“CCS”) advisory, credit analysis, credit underwriting, client marketing, and deal execution. The ABS and CCS business provides debt and debt advisory services to U.S. based middle market credit managers and companies.
At the conclusion of the 10-week internship program, high-performing interns will be considered for a potential offer for direct employment into the Asset-Backed Finance team in Stamford, CT (post-graduation).
Job Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of CCS and ABS lending transaction origination, execution, and ongoing maintenance.
- Support ABFG business management and reporting.
- Support the preparation of underwriting memos, transaction analysis, and summaries.
- Participate in transaction due diligence calls and meetings.
- Perform market analysis and research as needed.
- Work collaboratively with key internal constituents and external transaction participants in support of ABFG initiatives, including Portfolio Management and Credit Risk Management.
- Monitor and research capital markets trends with a focus on collateralized loan obligation developments.
- Maintain internal deal and market databases.
- Contribute to business and client pitch & data management processes.
Qualifications:

- Current students enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor’s program, graduating between Winter 2025 – Spring 2026 OR current students enrolled in a graduate program, graduating between Winter 2025 – Spring 2026.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2; Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.5.

- Relevant work experience, leadership experience, or coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred but all majors will be considered.
- Strong analytical skills and software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency is required.
- Candidates must currently be a U.S. Resident to be eligible for this program.
