You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:
- Manage the transactional accounting for the plant accounting team to deliver key business objectives by leveraging cross-functional relationships to align strategic objectives to achieve business goals.
- Lead our producer payroll program for the plant.
- Provide direction to cross-functional internal and external teams to allocate and align resources, clarify priorities, and drive deliverables in alignment with corporate goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Prevent or resolve conflicts, mitigate business impact, and position the business to achieve strategic objectives; providing updates to the organization; and eliminating obstacles to ensure key deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Assist in the analysis of the financial performance of the plant by utilizing financial data.
- Compare data to third-party information, budgets, or actual results; researching and reviewing associates' research of financial information; discussing business impact of information in data and other information to the profit and loss within accounting rules.
- Ensure audits are managed for timelines and accuracy; and facilitating the relationship between the team and internal customers and external specialists.
- Understand end-to-end process for areas of responsibility and serves as key contact for plant’s management team while being first point of contact with business partners as it relates to areas of responsibility.
- Analyze balance sheet accounts and account reconciliations under areas of responsibility.
- Ensure timely communication of issues and proper resolution.
- Partner with Transformation and Business Integration team in identifying opportunities, providing subject matter expertise, developing requirements jointly with Transformation team and ensuring deliverables meet objectives.
- Oversee and review work performed by third party partner, ensuring quality, timely delivery of service, and resolution of potential challenges and issues.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 0-1 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing environment, preferably food industry.
- Experience across transactional accounting, FP&A, process design, process mapping and process improvement.
- Experience working with Finance technologies, including SAP, Power BI and other data tools.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.
- Comfort with ambiguity.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
