Job Description
Daily Responsibilities:- Design and implement system solutions to enhance Epic HB across all functional areas.
- Ensure successful project turnover and deployment to production environment.
- Perform application and system installations, formulate system scope and design objectives through comprehensive analysis and research.
- Configure vendor-maintained systems, develop and modify in-house systems, and facilitate coordination efforts among users, ISD Staff, and vendors.
- Conduct research and analysis, prepare project deliverables, and generate detailed specifications for vendor systems programming/configuration. Provide process and workflow analysis.
Essential Skills:- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Epic HB Analyst, with certification. Experience in claims management is a plus.
- Strong expertise in charge router, charge review, charge code, workqueues (WQs), rules, general ledger (GL), statements, and extracts.
- Proficiency in front-end workflow management, integrated system knowledge, upgrades, optimizations, testing, and Health Outcomes Directives (HODs).
Logistics:- Fully remote position, with the exception of Montana, New York, and specific cities in California (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Hollywood).
- Must work within business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT.
