WellsColeman, an established Richmond based CPA firm, is currently seeking to expand our tax team. We are seeking various levels of experience: Senior Staff Accountant and Staff Accountant. Required Experience and skills
Experience
- At least 3-5 years of current experience in public accounting, with minimum of 2 years experience in tax preparation
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant or working towards obtaining (preferred)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Attributes
- Fully proficient in Ultra Tax, QuickBooks desktop, Quickbooks online, Excel, AdvanceFlow and GoFileRoom
- Quickly adapts to new technology and stays current with technology changes
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time while ensuring quality and timelines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment in order to meet multiple deadlines
- Extremely meticulous with all work product
- Ability to work independently and prioritize appropriately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
