Role Definition
- This role will provide comprehensive support for the Oracle Financial applications, performing in-depth analysis of new processes and product offerings, assisting with testing and deployment for releases, and developing tailored Oracle solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and documentation of new processes, business requirements, and products, ensuring alignment with US GAAP accounting practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the impact of Oracle financial changes and new features.
- Assist in testing and validation of Oracle system enhancements, patches, and releases.
- Coordinate with IT and business units to support Oracle Financial deployments, development, and ensuring smooth rollouts and user adoption.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements within Oracle.
- Design and develop custom Oracle solutions to address specific business requirements, enhancing financial reporting and operations.
- Perform regular audits and reviews of Oracle system configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and adherence to Sarbanes Oxley.
Consideration for Top Candidates:
- Oracle Expertise: Skilled in Oracle database management and configuration. Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite is advantageous.
- Servant Leadership: Demonstrates a servant leadership approach, focusing on the development and well-being of team members.
- Financial Services Background: Previous experience in the financial services sector.
- Preferred Qualifications: CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

Additional Information:
- This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3-day per week in-office requirement.
