Then being a Community Association Manager may be the right career for you! Heritage is looking for candidates who are experienced with managing the boards of directors of homeowner's and/or condominium associations. These candidates must be organized, flexible, have strong verbal and written communication skills, a proactive approach to dealing with problems, an understanding of industry standard best practices and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
Candidates should be comfortable with:
- Board mentoring
- Vendor management
- Coordination of support services
- Financial management and budgeting
- Good computer skills
Requirements
A Real Estate Community Association Manager's license, Broker license, or Real Estate Agent License in the state of Georgia is required.
Our Accounting Plus Managers focus on managing the Association's financials. That means no inspections and minimal Board meetings! So if you like the intricacies of managing HOAs and COAs as well as have a strong background in financials, this could be the perfect fit for you.
