Responsibilities
Peraton seeks a Information Advantage (IA) Intelligence Support Cell (ISC) Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) analyst wiith Chinese language and cultural expertise. Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA.
Tasks include:
- Provide situational awareness and threat warning in the information dimension, delivering intelligence products, and assisting ARCYBER’s targeting efforts in the human and information dimensions.
- Support Crisis Actions Teams or other events as required.
- Develop intelligence products for anticipated or unspecified intelligence production requirements.
- Participate in exchanges with partners, develop contacts with counterparts, establish analytic collaboration to conduct IA-focused intelligence support
- Report indications of malign influence activities, as required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
- Experienced in collecting, analyzing, producing, and disseminating OSINT.
- Has reported on I&W and supported operational planning activities.
- Skilled in conducting OSINT research and following ICD 206 standards.
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of strategy, policy, and doctrine for intelligence and cyberspace operations.
- Should have language and culture proficiency and expertise in Chinese as required/directed by the government.
- Able to translate multimedia (e.g., audio and text) products from target language into English.
- Able to generate intelligence reports and products IAW ICD 206 standards: written IAW DIA style manual with at least 90% spelling and grammar accuracy.
- Analysts are required to be OSINT-qualified through the OS301 and OS302 courses or complete both courses within 120 days, or as the government dictates based on course availability.
- OSINT analysts will become familiar with Recorded Future, Silo, and Managed Attribution operations.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and the ability to obtain MEAD.
Prefer:
- Offensive and Defense Cyberspace Operations, Information Operations, Computer Network Operations, and Electromagnetic Warfare.
- Dod 8140/8570 certification, e.g., NET+, SEC+, PEN TEST +, CNNA+, and/or CEH credentials, or greater certification such as CISSP.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
