Your Role on Our TeamAs a Sr. Financial Analyst, you are responsible for owning the business relationship with multiple cross-functional partners. Key activities include building the commercial spend forecast, supporting sales and standard margin, communicating monthly results cross-functionally, and driving process improvements within Commercial Finance.
What You’ll Do- Partner cross-functionally with finance, sales, supply chain, sales operations, and legal teams to provide financial support and communicate results.
- Engage senior leaders to ensure alignment on spend targets, sales, execution plans, etc.
- Support sales and standard margin forecasting/reporting as needed.
- Own the approval, tracking, and reporting of certain end-user rebate agreements.
- Easily adapt to the changing needs of sales partners and create meaningful ad hoc "what-if" financial analysis. Provide an objective opinion as well as develop recommendations for improvements.
- Become a subject matter expert on and own certain company initiatives: Job Site Solutions, Heavy Duty Alliance Agreements, demo tools, product seeding.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple processes and prioritize appropriately.
- Own the preparation of rolling 18-month selling spend forecast.
The Tools You’ll Need To Have- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications with advanced excel knowledge, Power BI experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated. Exhibits Never Satisfied, Always Improving mantra.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening).
- Ability to work well in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
