Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to understand and document business needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Develop detailed business plans to drive change.
- Assist in the design or modification of business systems.
- Interact with the application development, project management, and customer service department in the process of developing and implementing solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, making adjustments as needed.
- Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to provide updates and findings.
- Develop and update project plans, deliverables, and objectives.
- Conduct market analyses to keep abreast of changing business and industry trends.
- Train and guide staff on new processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of business structure, IT systems, and software development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of business and financial principles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
