CoStar Real Estate Manager is a fast-growing division of CoStar responsible for a SaaS offering that serves the Fortune 1000 companies and many more. Internship Overview:
CoStar Real Estate Manager's internship program provides real-world professional experience in a dynamic and highly successful company. It allows students to build business skills which will complement their formal education and personal development, while learning all essential functions necessary to support an industry-leading software solution.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Participate in critical business initiatives sponsored by multiple departments within the CoStar Real Estate Manager's organization.
- Engage in a broad range of activities, including marketing activities, data analysis, customer outreach, and content creation.
- Learn our software's role in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
- Gain exposure to multiple roles across the organization.
40 hours per week paid internship.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or comparable major graduating in May 2026 or December 2025.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Technical skills and SQL skills preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Detailed work ethic.
