Chargeback Analyst
Job Summary - Vaco has partnered with a Pharma company and there is an opening for a Chargeback Analyst to oversee the full cycle of the Chargeback process. Experience with the pharmaceutical industry is a must to be considered. ModelN system experience is highly preferred. The Chargeback Analyst reports to the Senior Manager Contracts and Administration. Healthy benefits are offered and market value compensation with a potential bonus of up to 10%.
Duties -
- Oversee the chargeback process
- Processing of chargeback claims
- Analyze chargeback submissions
- Deductions
- Work with our customers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Retrieval of membership rosters (GPO, HRSA, IDNs, etc.)
- Maintaining membership/contract affiliations.
- Support the contract price notification process with customers.
- Using both Model N and large excel files.
- Disseminate quarterly PHS/FSS pricing to all stakeholders.
Essentials -
- 2-5 years of experience in Chargeback processing
- Must have experience in Pharma
- Experience with Model N or similar contract system is a must
- Experience with MS Excel
- Must be comfortable handling high volume data
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Customer service oriented
