Our client, located in Atlanta, GA is searching for a Long term temporary Payroll Analyst for a minimum 3 - 6 months contract (the contract could be extended beyond 6 months)
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare, process and maintain payroll calculations;
- Process payroll distribution, direct deposit and Ad hoc payroll inquiries;
- Assist payroll manager with various internal/external projects;
- Work closely with Payroll Manager and Payroll Specialists to review and audit payroll data;
- Assist with Quarterly payroll tax payments;
- Ability to work additional hours during high peak times to include year-end and implementation.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 3 years corporate payroll experience;
- Experience with JD Edwards required, experience with Workday is a Plus;
- Experience compiling, analyzing and reviewing data;
- Advanced Excel required (vlookup, pivot, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills.
