Lead Advisor is a recruiting and consulting firm that specializes in wealth management. This role is for a wealth management and financial planning firm based in Atlanta, looking to hire an Investment Operations Associate.
The core responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
- Assist senior associates with investment onboarding
- Portfolio trading
- Asset movement
- Ongoing compliance
- Meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up assistance for advisors and senior associates
- Handle operations in coordination with firm standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active series 7 and 66 or Series 6 and 63
- Problem-solving abilities & research skills
- Demonstrate an interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as other Microsoft Office applications
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and be resourceful
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Desire to learn & easily adaptable
Location: Hybrid - 3x a week in office
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
