Basic Job Functions:
- Accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, tax, financial and compliance reporting, forecasting, costing files, assisting with annual budget, monthly balancing, inventory management, and timely reporting of accounting records/transactions.
- Lead the implementation, communication, and interpretation of accounting and financial policies, control, and system improvements.
- Supervise external and internal audit processes and ensure that proper internal controls are maintained.
- Provide analytical support to other departments as it relates to accounting issues and driving continuous cost improvements across all aspects of the business.
- Lead the training and development and growth opportunities for finance department teammates.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or direct related work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Working knowledge of Power BI preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
