Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Execute healthcare analytics processes through all phases of the engagement lifecycle.
- Supervise staff during deal execution and the development of analytics-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrate strong practice leadership skills and strategic vision for healthcare analytics.
- Operate in a dynamic, collaborative environment under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Manage client relationships and be responsible for project success.
- Leverage data and business intelligence software to turn data into insights.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support complex business questions.
- Demonstrate strong quality execution and delivery of analytics products.
The qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5-8+ years of work in a healthcare data science capacity.
- A strong comprehension of healthcare revenue cycle.
- 1-2+ years of work in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrates ability with the following software: Excel, SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in data science or healthcare administration preferred.
