We are looking for a long-term employee that wants to grow with a great company. We just opened our new corporate headquarters in Blue Ash and are looking to add to our Billing Department.

We are seeking a skilled Billing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the billing operations and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Prior experience in Billing/Accounting preferred
Prior experience managing a team required
Supervise the Billing Team(s), ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in compliance with the cut off times for processing.
Coordinate the implementation of billing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices; including, but not limited to the development and maintenance of schedules and timely processing procedures.
Accuracy in entering information on to a variety of billing platforms ensuring that paperwork is processed according to customer guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
Consistent follow-through and the flexibility to multitask effectively and balance the priorities of the department alongside meeting tight deadlines.
Hire, train, supervise and evaluate the performance of the Billing Staff.
Collaborate with colleagues and staff managers to strategize over process enhancements.
Respond to emails related to customer billing questions and/or disputes.
Assist Agents/Brokers with billing processes and customer requirements.
Supporting accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to carriers.
ACH and check format payables experience.
Accounting Cycle Knowledge.
Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
