Broadridge is growing! We’re looking for a Senior Financial and Accounting Analyst to manage Accounting Close and Consolidation processes. This is a critical role supporting the VP of General Accounting and Finance, performing all aspects of the monthly book close. Key responsibilities will include: managing all changes to the chart of accounts, coordinating the close calendar, approval of journal entries, and working closely with the extended global accounting teams. You will also act as liaison for Tax, Treasury and FP&A teams to ensure reporting deadlines are met.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the monthly close process and all changes impacting the chart of accounts
- Perform control checks on monthly trial balance
- Responsible for maintaining Consolidation SOX controls and periodic testing
- Coordinate and maintain quarterly reporting deliverables that support footnote disclosure in 10Q/10K
- Manage monthly balance sheet reporting and analysis that requires research and inquiry skills
- Utilize fundamental understanding of accounting for foreign currency transactions
- Collaborate with external auditors responding to requests quarterly and at year-end
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting required
- 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in audit and/or SEC reporting required
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or candidate preferred; one or more parts passed is acceptable
- Working knowledge of GAAP accounting, SEC reporting, and controls testing is required
- Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to work independently
- Ability to perform complex analysis and summarize data for management review
- Must possess project management skills and able to meet designated deadlines
- Requires data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Proficiency in Oracle, TM1, or other reporting tools are a plus
The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $85,000 annual. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. Bonus Eligible.
