About the Position:
As the Home Care Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the clients and caregivers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Tempe office. This hands-on position requires a balance between daily managerial duties and active participation in maintaining and growing the business side of operations.
Essential Duties:
- Oversee a team of 200+ caregivers, managing care plans and client relations.
- Conduct impactful team meetings to drive sales and ensure quality service.
- Engage in business development and maintain key partnerships with referral sources.
- Perform scheduling tasks, customer service, site and marketing visits, and handle complaints.
- Analyze and manage branch metrics for client acquisition and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with recruiting and scheduling teams to ensure optimal branch function.
- Foster an inspiring work environment and champion outstanding team morale.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum two years of management or leadership experience.
- Proven background in sales, business development, and relationship building.
- Experience in home care, staffing, or service-based industries preferred.
- Strong proficiency in administrative tasks and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional multitasker with keen attention to detail and organization.
- Agile and efficient project management skills.
- Positive and professional communication, acting as a client advocate.
- Capable of resolving challenges with a can-do approach.
- Committed to quality management and continuous improvement.
