The Financial Analyst will perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data that will support our financial team. The Financial Analyst monitors actual results of financial data against plans, forecasts, and budgets.

Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience: 2-5 years work experience, with FP&A or other data/analysis intense field preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in complex financial modeling
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience creating high-level presentations
- Tableau experience preferred
- Dynamics 365 experience preferred
- Must be able to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Must be able to produce high-quality work products in a time-sensitive fashion
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Ability to clearly and consistently communicate sensitive, complex or difficult information using simple terms and an appropriate style for the audience
- Ability to analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
- Ability to develop financial models and analyses to support strategic commercial initiatives
Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid and current auto insurance.
Travel: As Needed

Works in a variety of settings and office environments, promoting functioning and coordination with all agency activities to ensure the highest level of professional care. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Physical and Mental Effort:
Must be able to work under stressful conditions and time constraints of the agency or projects. Work requires sitting for long periods of time, bending, and stretching for files and office supplies. May occasionally require lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds.
Essential Functions:
- Builds and manages financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources
- Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information
- Evaluates new projects and investment opportunities by comparing them with each other
- Builds budgets and forecasts of future company performance
- Builds and maintains a corporate financial model that details the entire company’s operations and projects future performance
- Prepares and/or assists outside CPA in completing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
- Prepares Medicare Hospice CAP analysis and annual reporting
- Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required
