Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst is an integral part of the Finance team that supports data-driven decisions by assisting with budgets, forecasts, internal reporting, and more as the organization grows.
Essential Functions:
- Facilitate the creation and review of budgets and forecasts
- Facilitate expense allocation process to better evaluate revenue streams
- Create and maintain financial models to support decision-making
- Develop one-time and recurring financial reports for leadership
- Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data
- Serve as a project leader, owning aspects of discovery, execution, and communication
- Serve as a partner to operational leaders
- Identify risk areas and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate potential capital expenditures and initiatives
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and accountability in completing work
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required
- Prior experience (minimum of three years) in Finance, with an understanding of Accounting principles and processes, including journal entries, closing processes, and financial statements required
- Previous experience in budgeting, analyzing, and modeling required
- Ability to understand business drivers for financial activity
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and summarize both financial and non-financial data
- Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Ability to translate concepts and details, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to complete and be accountable for projects under limited supervision
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; strong familiarity with Excel
- Presentation skills a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 DOE. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
