You’ll also lead efforts in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis, contributing to key projects and the company's overall mission. This role reports to the Vice President of Finance.
We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analyst Director to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time onsite position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for generating revenue, accounts receivable and bad debt through per ASC606.
- Develops the operating budget and financial plan required to achieve financial plan.
- Ensures projects and/or departments are working toward achievement of the organization's financial goals.
- Leads forecasting activities, strategic planning, and annual operating/capital budget creation and reporting.
- Evaluates organizational projects or plans to determine budgetary impact and financial status.
- Develops the overall priorities of the FP&A team.
- Partners closely with the accounting department on monthly close items and compiling the MD&A.
- Responsible for forward-looking analysis by assessing financial impacts, and ensuring the business is properly positioned.
- Designs and coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with Cost Benefit Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Profitability Analysis, and Forecasting & Budgeting.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Proven interpersonal skills. Effectively communicates with, influences, and engages all levels of the organization.
- Translate technical decisions/strategies into business terms and implications; produce clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
- Demonstrated quantitative analytical and accounting skills required.
- A very strong proficiency in MS Office applications and business intelligence software and SQL preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$140,000-$160,000 annually.
The compensation range for this position is between $140,000 - $160,000 per year. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
